This has been a hard year for many of us, so could you benefit from understanding more about taking care of your wellbeing?
Mindfulness could really help you to step back, take a pause and can also help in the following ways:
coping better with distress and difficulties
savouring life more, develop more of a sense of flourishing
helping focus attention, being more aware of the many distractions that pull us away from where we want our minds to be.
We find the additional focus on art is a really enjoyable way of helping develop these skills, so we hope you can join us!
Cost
Just £20, payable in advance.
