About the tutor
Martine Soldano is the face and name behind Snips and Pieces paper collage artwork. Martine uses a mix of papers from various sources, hand coloured by herself, magazine snips and recycled papers to create beautiful artwork. The simple process of paper collage allows her to layer and compose shapes and colours to create striking floral pieces, landscapes, bespoke and themed pieces of choice. All original work by Martine is a one-off, no two pieces are the same which makes them very unique.
As a local artist and tutor, Martine has successfully taught sold out workshops for both adults and children in the Northamptonshire area under the name of ‘Snips and Pieces’ and has sold work in two retail outlets within the county.
