Classes are filling up fast, so book early to avoid disappointment. Both the bright and airy main space and craft room are being kept clean and as safe as possible, so you can enjoy being creative with likeminded people. We look forward to seeing you at Yardley Arts.
Becky Gillatt runs a number of 3 hour, whole day and evening workshops throughout the year in our jewellery studio. Workshops include cabochon stone setting, spoon making and sea glass setting, all suitable for total beginners and those with some experience.

Have you always wanted to paint in watercolours? Are you keen but terrified? Then this is the course for you, led by Chris Richbell and back by popular demand.
On the Saturday, as part of the South Northants Art Trail, you can try out pendant making in silver with Beccy in the craft room for just £5. Whilst on both Saturday and Sunday, Simon will be demonstrating batik painting on silk banners. It's your opportunity to have a go!

Whether you are new to jewellery making or would like some workshop time to improve your skills, this is the course for you. Over the 10 weeks, under the tuition of Beccy Gillatt, you will make a range of samples in copper, using the techniques shown and complete a workbook of processes. You will also complete at least two pieces of wearable silver jewellery.

On this course, led by Annabelle Shelton, you will gain confidence with your drawing abilities through a series of workshops. Over the six weeks, we will follow a structured plan of drawing techniques. These will open up your world not only to a skill base but also a historical and contemporary awareness of artistic practice.
Never made sculpture before? Want to make something 3-D but need help? Yardley Arts are piloting a new open sculpture workshop where advice, materials and tools will be available for making small table top size pieces in clay or plaster with the guidance of experienced sculptor, Sara Myers.
Whether you are new to life drawing or would like some time drawing a model, everyone can be catered for in this course. The course is led by Sara Myers, a classically trained artist and sculptor, and her approach is very much based on individual help and feedback.
