In this workshop run by Sue Jefferson, your child/ren will be experimenting using a variety of techniques to create a vibrant picture of a peacock. For the background, we will use alcohol inks on acetate and foil, for the feathers we will use wool and glue lines, and shiny foils and papers for the eyes.
What to bring
All materials are provided, just bring an apron/old shirt for your child/ren.
Cold drinks and biscuits are available. Please bring anything else your child might require, if needed for special diet or medical reasons.
Cost
£15 per child. Suitable for ages 7-11. Spaces limited to 12.

About the tutor
Sue Jefferson loves to share her passion for art. Her skills have developed over the past 20 years, while been running Arts Weeks and exciting art projects in primary schools. This has given Sue many opportunities to try new mediums, such as wet felting and screen printing and glass fusing – she loves playing with the vibrant colours and light in glass.
